Guest access
You will have full and complete access to our home - it's your home for the duration of your stay. On the day of your arrival, I will reach out to you via text with updated check-in instructions. When it's time to check-out you will receive a notification from us the night before.

Additional rules
- Be mindful and respectful of neighbors and home.
- No eating in the bedrooms or upstairs.
- Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult around pool.
- Conduct a light clean up upon departure and all place dirty linens together.
- No loud music after 10:30 p on weekdays and after 12 am on weekends.
- Lock all doors/gates whenever leaving.
- Turn off all lights and AC units when leaving.
- There is a fee of $20/night for pets.

Grounds for fees and or termination of reservation:

- There is no indoor smoking. A Fee of $350 will be charged if evidence of smoking is found (including odor).

- The main guest must be 25+ years old. A valid ID may be requested upon check-in for verification. If you refuse or cannot produce a valid form of ID, we reserve the right to terminate the reservation without refund.

-There is a fee of $59 for each additional guest over 8. If the reservation's guest count is inaccurate or is purposefully misleading, you will be charged the additional fees. This rule does not apply to day guests (excluding events/parties).

- To ensure there are no reservation conflicts we ask that you please respect and follow the check-out time. Should a guest stay in the home for longer than 30 minutes after the specified check out time, a fee of $100 dollars will be assessed and a fee of $75 will be assessed for every 30 minutes thereafter. If we can provide a later check-out/early check-in, we will happily accommodate, free of charge. We just ask for 12 hours notice.

- Finally, rules suck, we all know this (and nobody wants to be that "guy"), so the last rule is: Have Fun!
